Samuel Lopez Perez comes from the Wacara community of the Colombian Amazon. He arrived at Dulce Amazónica carrying his community's foods, crafts, and ways — and stayed to share them.
In the kitchen, Samuel works with Amazonian fruits and ingredients that most visitors have never encountered. Each flavor he prepares traces back to a plant, a territory, and a tradition that the Wacara community has kept alive across generations.
